Step 1: Brush your teeth and let them dry. Step 2: Apply the gel with the whitening pen. Step 3: Keep your mouth open for 30 seconds to let it dry. Step 4: No rinsing is necessary, but feel free to rinse with water if any residue remains. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment — water is always fine. Disposal: The paper box has a matte finish; flatten it and place it in paper/cardboard recycling. The pen contains 4ml of gel and consists of plastic and metal components — dispose of it as residual waste or according to local plastic recycling regulations.
